What a $30 order costs you
The same order through a delivery app, and through DrinkEats.
Delivery app commissions vary by plan. Square's normal card fee still applies to online orders, the same as a tap at your counter.
Money questions
Who pays the 5%?
The shop does, and only on online orders. It comes out of that order's payment in your Square. Customers never pay a fee.
When do I get paid?
Every order is paid into your own Square account, like a sale at the counter, and paid out on your usual Square schedule.
What about refunds?
You refund in your Square like any other sale. Refund an order in full and its DrinkEats fee is refunded too.
Can the fee go up?
Only with at least 30 days' notice in writing, and you can leave before it starts.
